The Process
Every Candidate is required to meet Sensitive Sitters high standards. A Sensitive Sitters Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience with excellent verifiable references. A Candidate must also have training or experience working specifically with special needs children. All Candidates must also possess a valid driver`s license or identification card, in addition to a sterling driving record.
All of our candidates must pass our extensive screening process, which includes:

- Extensive Interview with Our Placement Counselors
- Verification of all references
- Criminal Conviction-Criminal Filing History
- DMV Check
- Social Security Verification
- Verification of the Candidates previous employment
- Verification of Education and Special Training
Getting Started:
The family must complete or family packet and return it to Sensitive Sitters.
Sensitive Sitters Fees:
Full-time or part-time positions: 10% of the nanny`s annual gross salary.
